 Restring Electric Steel String Guitar

the video was very informative... thanx for posting it!
restringing a guitar isn't as hard as i thought it would be... i bought my first guitar a year ago and i didn't change my strings since. i think it's time i do. ______ Johnny http://www.guitars101.com |

Unfortunately I am not a member of the place you are talking about but I do need some help in restringing. This has been a headache for me as I am not being able to arrange this properly. This has happened twice for me that I broke the strings the only reason I think is I tightened them too much. It would be so good if someone can bring these points to notice here like how much slack I need and the proper way to pull it all the way through the tuning peg. Please help me friends.
