3 STRING STRING (ROOT 6) 5th CHORD

You can see how this root 6 position 5th chord
is only the lower three strings of the E shaped bar chord.

More experienced players usually use this version of the chord, it gives a fuller sound and it's still easy enough to move up and down the fret board.

3 STRING STRING (ROOT 5) 5th CHORD

This root 5 position 5th chord
is only the lower three strings of the A shaped bar chord.

3 STRING STRING (ROOT 4) 5th CHORD

This root 4 position 5th chord
is only the lower three strings of the D shaped bar chord.

This shape is also not a common one to use but it does have a slick sound when the amp is distorted, once again this is a personal preference chord for me.
