Yes, A# and Bb are the same note, they are simply called different name for theoretical reasons. For example in a F major scale the notes are (F G A Bb C D E F) you would not say the F major scale is made up of the notes (F G A A# C D E F)

I'm still not very sure about sharps and flats - call me dumb, but say for instance Ab and G# - do they sound the same??? As they appear to be in the same position on the fret board??

That's something I need to fix, I am only showing the natural notes on the staff and should also add the #'s & b's. Will doo that soon.

In the bottom 2 sections, sharps and flats added to all the notes, isn't the # or 'b' placed after a note? And on the flats section, don't you make the note flat, not 'sharpen' it?

New at this, so I may be incorrect, just doesn't seem to fit though.
