Right hand flamenco strumming

Would love to learn how this strumming/picking style of play...

Any suggestions or exercises for either left or right hand would be appreciated.

I have always admired Flamenco guitarists. I have always wanted to be able to play guitar and produce that kind of sound.
its one of my long term goals
