To improve the lesson content of Guitar Tutor Online every member has 1 credit to request a lesson. What is "Request A Video Lesson"?, exactly that! fill in the following form and I'll make a 5-10 minute video explaining your question. You can then either view the finished video on the Tablature, Audio & Video section of the site or request a higher resolution Divx/Xvid video of your lesson to be uploaded.
